  • Panels: Let Bartlesville GTT come to you. These hour-long sessions are designed for small groups of middle school and high school students to ask questions about careers in STEM, college and career paths. This is the primary way that Bartlesville GTT interacts and partners with our local schools!
  • Career Day: Career Day is a day-long program designed for high school girls to come and see our Bartlesville campus and learn more about careers at the company, participate in a hands-on lab, and tour the facility! Lunch and snacks are provided.
  • Hands on Minds on: Each year, we partner with local middle schools to create hands-on activities related to oil and gas and STEM. These activities allow students to learn more about ConocoPhillips and STEM opportunities. Recent activities include using graham crackers and icing to understand tectonic plates, paper airplanes to understand aerodynamics, and using oil, water, and sand to understand the densities of each item and how they separate.
  • Tri County Tech STEM Camp Sponsorship: We sponsor girls in grades 3-8 to participate in week-long summer camps related to STEM. These camps are developed by Tri County Tech and feature topics like robotics, photography and drones.

  • Panels: We speak to groups of students at local junior and senior high schools to share career experiences with STEM/IT and answer career-related questions. This is our primary form of engagement and one of our favourite ways to interact with students.
  • GTT Summer Camp: Up to 20 girls in grades 7-12 participate in our GTT Summer Camp program, which includes STEM and IT-related hands-on interactive activities. A light breakfast and lunch are provided.
  • Inside Education: We participate annually in the round table sessions at the Inside Education Leadership Summit in March. We provide insights and answer questions related to STEM careers and the oil and gas industry.

  • Panels: We speak to groups of students at local schools and programs to share our career experiences in IT/STEM and answer questions about college and careers. This is our primary form of engagement and one of our favorite ways to interact with students. As a bonus – we bring lunch or snacks!
  • GTT Fest: The GTT Fest is an amazing day you won't want to miss! Students are invited to our Houston campus for hands-on activities with various technologies, panel discussions, and break-out sessions with our IT professionals. Breakfast, lunch, tours, and prizes are provided. See highlights from our 2023 Fest in Houston.
