Information regarding ConocoPhillips and climate change is organized into two general categories:

• Our Approach details the company action plan to manage the issue and includes efforts to equip the company to operate in a lower-carbon business environment, reduce our GHG emissions, pursue lower-carbon business opportunities, leverage carbon trading and technology and work with governments and other stakeholders to develop effective climate change policy solutions.
• Emissions and Impacts describes the GHG emissions associated with our operations, the reporting methodology, accuracy and verification of those emissions, as well as the potential impacts of regulatory costs, new lower-carbon business opportunities and a physically changing environment.
