Since 1997, ConocoPhillips China has worked with local not-for-profit organizations to launch charitable investment projects in four major areas: conservation, education, health and disaster relief. Several generations of employees have dedicated their time to helping protect the environment and empowering children through these initiatives. The results of these charitable investments can be seen across China in 16 provinces, cities and autonomous regions. Over the past few decades, ConocoPhillips China has invested more than $11.8 million in charitable and public welfare initiatives and volunteers have dedicated over 10,000 hours to helping families across China.
