Konnie Haynes-Welsh

Leads the teams responsible for finance, digital technology and transformation

Konnie Haynes-Welsh is senior vice president and chief financial officer for ConocoPhillips. In this capacity, she oversees the teams responsible for finance, digital technology and the company’s transformation efforts, helping drive capital allocation, financial performance, operational excellence and long-term shareholder value.

Since joining ConocoPhillips in 2012, Konnie has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility across finance, portfolio planning and corporate strategy. She later served as vice president and treasurer before becoming vice president of finance and controller. Prior to joining ConocoPhillips, she held finance and accounting roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mariner Energy.

Konnie earned her Bachelor of Science in communication and Master of Science in professional accounting, both from The University of Texas at Austin. She currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the McCombs School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
