During his nearly 30 years with ConocoPhillips, Andy O’Brien has helped shape the strategy, portfolio and capital allocation framework that continue to guide the company today. On Sept. 1, 2026, he became president and chief executive officer, leading an experienced team with deep knowledge of both the company and the broader energy industry. Khoa Dao
Khoa Dao, senior vice president, Commercial and Strategy, leads the company’s strategy and long-term planning and oversees global commercial activities for natural gas, liquefied natural gas, crude oil, natural gas liquids and power.
Konnie Haynes-Welsh
Konnie Haynes-Welsh, chief financial officer and senior vice president, Digital and Transformation, oversees finance, digital technology and the company’s transformation efforts, supporting capital allocation, financial performance and operational excellence.
Heather Hrap
Heather Hrap, senior vice president, Human Resources and Real Estate and Facilities Services, leads the teams responsible for human resources and the company’s real estate portfolio.
Kirk Johnson
Kirk Johnson, executive vice president, Global Operations and Technical Functions, oversees global operations and technical functions.
