Tomorrow can begin today for students interested in a career in the energy industry. The ConocoPhillips SPIRIT Scholars program provides educational opportunities and professional development for qualified students.

The four principles that distinguish the SPIRIT Scholars Program are:

  • Academic scholarships available to sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students. Funding is maintained until anticipated graduation, provided all continuation requirements are achieved.
  • Enrichment Programs and activities including leadership development, professional events and community service.
  • Mentorship from a ConocoPhillips professional provides experience and insight into the energy industry.
  • The opportunity to be interviewed for internships and full-time employment at ConocoPhillips.
