The four principles that distinguish the SPIRIT Scholars Program are:
- Academic scholarships available to sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students. Funding is maintained until anticipated graduation, provided all continuation requirements are achieved.
- Enrichment Programs and activities including leadership development, professional events and community service.
- Mentorship from a ConocoPhillips professional provides experience and insight into the energy industry.
- The opportunity to be interviewed for internships and full-time employment at ConocoPhillips.
