University recruitment is considered one of the most effective methods for recruiting recent graduates for ConocoPhillips Indonesia acceleration programs, namely Business Apprentice and Petro Tech Apprentice.

The Business Apprentice program was designed to develop consistently exceptional performers who have the potential to become future leaders in non-technical areas. This program is open to recent graduates in with a GPA above 3.3 (scale 4) majoring in accounting, finance, legal, computer science, and industrial engineering.

The Petro Tech Apprentice program was designed to accelerate the expertise of recent graduate engineers and geoscientists within 3-5 years. All of whom are top graduates majoring in geophysics, geology, and engineering (petroleum, mechanical, electrical, and chemical) with GPA above 3.25 (scale 4) and are proficient in English.
