Mr. Mullins is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lime Rock Resources, a private equity fund that he cofounded in 2005. He previously served as co-chief executive officer of Lime Rock Resources. Lime Rock is focused on acquiring and developing low-risk oil and gas properties. Prior to co-founding Lime Rock, Mr. Mullins served as a managing director with Goldman Sachs in the Natural Resources Group from 1999 to 2004, as vice president from 1994 to 1999, and as an associate from 1990 to 1994.

Mr. Mullins serves on the board of directors for Valero Energy Company. He also serves as vice chair on the board of directors of the Greater Houston Partnership and on the board of trustees of the Baylor College of Medicine. Mr. Mullins previously served on the boards of Anadarko Petroleum Company, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, PG&E Corporation, and LRR Energy, L.P.
