We encourage and recognize employee volunteerism, through two programs:

  • ConocoPhillips Volunteer Center. The ConocoPhillips Volunteer Center connects eligible employees and retirees with volunteer opportunities hosted by ConocoPhillips or community partners. Participants can search opportunities, sign up to volunteer and share local opportunities by posting event details. Volunteers can also create a profile and track their volunteer hours.
  • U.S. Volunteer Grant Program. After volunteering with a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, eligible employees and retirees can maximize their community impact by applying for a U.S. Volunteer Grant. Through this program, ConocoPhillips will make a monetary contribution of $500 for every 20 hours an eligible participant volunteers and $1,000 for every 40 hours a team of four or more eligible participants volunteers. Individual nonprofit organizations can receive up to $6,000 per year from the company.
