ConocoPhillips continued the conversation on the nation’s energy future December 5 at the tour’s second stop in Albuquerque, N.M. More than 200 local residents gathered for a lunchtime meeting to discuss ideas for developing comprehensive solutions to secure America’s energy future.
Participants in the discussion included moderator Chuck Crespy Ph.D., dean of the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico, and panelists representing the New Mexico Coalition for Clean Affordable Energy, the Association of Commerce & Industry of New Mexico, Sandia National Laboratories and PNM. ConocoPhillips was represented by Phil Frederickson, executive vice president and Marianne Kah, the company’s chief economist.
