Hurricane Ike Aftermath Update

09-29-08
9:30 a.m.

ConocoPhillips continues to show progress in recovering from the impacts of Hurricane Ike. This update will be the last posting for this storm.

Refining Operations
All of our Gulf Coast region refineries are operating normally.

Exploration and Production Operations
The Magnolia offshore platform has no significant damage. The platform remains shut-in while third-party pipelines are repaired.

We are beginning to restore production in our South Louisiana asset area.

Supply and Transportation
Retail outlets in the southeast Texas area are being resupplied as electrical power is restored. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will act prudently in making price adjustments. We cannot dictate pricing to the retailers that we supply; however, we expect our branded wholesale customers to exercise good judgment during this time of supply and market disruption. We will assess any allegations of excessive pricing as they arise and determine action after a thorough review.

Information about all company operations can be found in the
ConocoPhillips Fact Book.

Information on ConocoPhillips' operations in the Gulf of Mexico can be found on our
asset map.
