HOUSTON, February 15, 2008 --- ConocoPhillips [NYSE:COP] today announced a quarterly dividend of 47 cents per share, payable March 3, 2008, to stockholders of record at the close of business February 25, 2008.  This represents an increase of approximately 15 percent in the dividend rate for the company's common stock over the previous quarter's rate of 41 cents per share.
