The red graphic element above the ConocoPhillips name is the "Mark." This unique geometric figure, with its upward and forward orientation, symbolizes the corporate ideals of progress and excellence, innovation and performance. The Mark may be used independently so long as the ConocoPhillips logo, including the Mark is used on the same page or surface.
Our logo is a specific combination of the specially drawn logotype, ConocoPhillips, the “Mark” that resides directly above it, and (when applicable) the descriptor which resides below it. Each component is a critical piece of the logo and must stay in the proper relationship to each other. Removing or altering any component dilutes the integrity of the logo and diminishes the strength of the brand communication.
Under no circumstances are these elements to be altered beyond the variations defined in these standards.

ConocoPhillips logotype This logotype is composed of specially drawn letterforms that have been carefully spaced. For this reason, our logotype should be treated as unique artwork. Our "Mark" has been carefully drawn, scaled and positioned next to our logotype. The logotype and "Mark" should never be recreated. |

ConocoPhillips descriptors The descriptor can be a business unit, product or location. The descriptor is positioned and sized so as not to compete or overpower the logotype. Never resize or reposition. |
