Riverton, Wyo. – ConocoPhillips announced the presentation of $35,000 in charitable grants to 21 organizations from four counties in central Wyoming.

This year’s grant recipients included area volunteer first responders, healthcare facilities, schools, natural resources/environmental initiatives and various other civic organizations.

“It’s a privilege to be a part of the ConocoPhillips philanthropic committee,” said Mark Hamilton, Wyoming Maintenance Supervisor. “We have the opportunity to give back by supporting local organizations that are making a direct impact on the lives of people we interact with daily.”

Each year, ConocoPhillips invests in local communities through charitable giving, employee volunteerism and sponsorships. Company donations support education, health and safety, natural resources, the arts, civic and social services and disaster relief.

ConocoPhillips has approximately 120 employees working in Riverton and Lysite.
