Employee Giving Programs

Our employees and retirees make our communities stronger. We are proud to support their generous involvement in local charitable activities through Employee Giving Programs that include United Way campaigns, Matching Gifts, Volunteer Grants and Dependent Scholarships.

The ConocoPhillips U.S. Dependent Scholarship Program provides college and university scholarships to dependent children of eligible ConocoPhillips employees and retirees.

Applications must be submitted online at Scholarship America between January and February of the student's senior year of high school. All applications are judged by an external panel based on academic achievement and financial need. The program is conducted annually and administered by Scholarship America, Inc.

For more information, please review the U.S. Dependent Scholarship Program guidelines.1
