We encourage and recognize employee volunteerism, through two programs:
- ConocoPhillips Volunteer Center. The ConocoPhillips Volunteer Center connects eligible employees and retirees with volunteer opportunities hosted by ConocoPhillips or community partners. Participants can search opportunities, sign up to volunteer and share local opportunities by posting event details. Volunteers can also create a profile and track their volunteer hours.
