We encourage and recognize employee and retiree volunteerism, through two programs:

  • Volunteer Opportunities. At the ConocoPhillips Employee Giving Programs portal, eligible employees and retirees can easily search and sign-up for volunteer opportunities in their local community. This tool also provides participants with an opportunity to create a volunteer profile, log and track volunteer hours and submit a volunteer grant once the required number of volunteer hours have been achieved.
  • U.S. Volunteer Grant Program. After volunteering with a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, eligible employees and retirees can maximize their community impact by applying for a U.S. Volunteer Grant.  Through this program, ConocoPhillips will make a monetary contribution of $500 for every 20 hours of service (up to two grants per year), and $1,000 for every 40 hours a team of four or more serve on a one-day event.  Individual nonprofit organizations can receive up to $6,000 per year from the company.

For more information, please review the U.S. Volunteer Grant Program guidelines.1 After reviewing, eligible employees and retirees can submit a Volunteer Grant application online at https://www.cybergrants.com/conocophillips/donor. Your employee ID number is required to access the system.

1 It is the donor's responsibility to review the U.S. Volunteer Grant Program guidelines prior to applying for a grant. Becoming familiar with the guidelines will assure gift eligibility and that the primary purpose of this program is achieved. These guidelines are subject to change at any time without prior notification. ConocoPhillips reserves the right to decline requests to organizations that might represent a conflict of interest with ConocoPhillips' business interests or its reputation or relationship with others.
