Asian American Network (AAN). In the interest of promoting a corporate culture that fully values the backgrounds, talents and perspectives of all employees, this group fosters an environment which empowers Asian-American employees to develop to their fullest potential. Through open communication and a desire to improve the Asian community through volunteerism, individuals maximize their contribution, sense of belonging and fulfillment.

The Buddy Program. Ease into the organization more smoothly and quickly with this integral part of new employee orientation. Managers and supervisors focus on value-added issues that lead to a new hire’s increased confidence and self-esteem. The whole idea is to make you feel right at home and be more productive in as short a timeframe as possible.

ConocoPhillips Administrative Network (CAN). The whole focus of this all-administrative support network is to improve the way ConocoPhillips works. Included in open forum discussions are sharing and utilizing best practices, new technologies and work processes; pinpointing and eliminating non-value adding work; and identifying and recommending career development and training opportunities.

The Family Spouse Network. This association of spouses formed to benefit families and enhance the success of employee assignments worldwide. The group’s key role is to offer support while providing service and social activities, the goal of which is to be part of a worldwide network where spouses in each location can share their experiences and support each other.

FRESH (Fellowship of Recent Engineering and Science Hires). For recent hires in the company's Exploration and Production business, the mission is two-fold: to learn about technologies available for finding oil and gas and to simply meet, talk and have fun at socials organized in a casual environment.

Hispanic Network Group. Hispanic employees have formed a network to provide leadership on Hispanic and diversity issues and to promote a corporate environment that fully values and maximizes our rich and diverse backgrounds, talents and perspectives. The intent of the network is to empower, support and facilitate the development of Hispanics to their full potential in order to achieve individual, corporate and community objectives.

The Network Group (TNG). Through a spirit of inclusiveness, cooperation and collaboration, the goal of TNG is multifaceted, that being: to increase corporate insight among people of African descent; to further empower employees by way of exchanging information and identifying and developing processes that will increase and reinforce their business skills; and to reach out and improve the community in which we operate. It’s a holistic approach that cultivates an individual’s ability to live up to their fullest potential professionally, personally and in the community at large.
