How often do recruiters visit campuses?
Every fall, ConocoPhillips recruiters visit select campuses across the U.S. to meet and interview students.

What determines a visit?
The campuses visited are determined by each business function’s need, the quality of the programs offered by the schools, and the school’s geographic proximity to company facilities.

How do I know what jobs are available and how do I apply?
The job description for each type of available summer internship will be posted through these designated universities’ career centers by August of the preceding year. Students will be able to apply for internship positions and submit their resumes online through their campus placement office.

What are the criteria for interview selection?
Students will be selected for interviews based on the following minimum job requirements:
- Appropriate major
- Sufficient GPA
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without restriction
- Other business-specific requirements

How can I meet ConocoPhillips' representatives?
ConocoPhillips recruiters are on campus in late September for career fairs, where they meet students and answer general questions. They return to campus in early October to hold interviews with the previously selected students.

When will I know if I’m selected?
Generally students will be informed whether or not they have an internship offer for the following summer from ConocoPhillips during the months of November and December.
