Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a resource for employees, their dependents and retirees who are experiencing personal, family or workplace problems. In the United States, in-house coordinators are available for consultation on issues which could have an impact on the workplace environment. During periods of reorganization, counselors also are available to help employees with the emotional effects of change. Outside of the United States, where resources are available, we provide local counselors who are sensitive to the needs of the employees and community, and are familiar with local culture.

The EAP also is designed to help employees who are working outside of their home country, and their families, to adapt to life away from home. Our medical clearance process for an overseas assignment includes a cross-cultural adaptability assessment to help prepare employees and their families for the move and the possible culture shock of living in a new country.
