ConocoPhillips is working to enhance the capabilities of both employees and supervisors by strengthening our training programs. In 2011, the global new hire orientation program was attended by 78 percent of new hires at 11 locations worldwide. Across our supervisory skills development programs, 44 percent of supervisors participated in 2011. Overall in 2011, 99.4 percent of employees participated in a training program.
