WHAT WE DID
- Created Chief Compliance Officer position and centralized Compliance and Ethics Program.
- Conducted numerous training sessions to raise awareness of Ethics Office and availability of HelpLine.
- Established executive level Human Rights Working Group.
- Updated our human rights training with new scenarios and integrated elements of the IPIECA Human Rights Toolkit.
- Held training workshops with key functions.
WHAT WE PLAN TO DO
- Update our Code of Conduct and create a comprehensive intranet platform for global compliance and ethics policies, guidelines and issues.
- Develop web-based training modules on human rights.
- Continue to embed human rights content in Sustainable Development and HSE systems.
