Talent Management Teams


At ConocoPhillips, we have more than 20 different functional-based Talent Management Teams (TMTs) that help identify the company’s future business needs, assess current skills gaps and recommend actions to fill those gaps. These teams optimise the development of people with technical or highly specialised skills so that they can be shared globally or regionally by the company in order to successfully implement its strategy.

UNIVERSITY NEW HIRE ESSENTIALS


All graduate hires will be invited to participate in a programme, known as University New Hire Essentials, specifically designed to help you learn about the industry, our company and professional development topics that have shown to be beneficial to employees who have just come onboard, helping you make a successful transition from college to career.

In addition, you will also be invited to attend a two-day 'Getting to Know ConocoPhillips' orientation class within six months of joining us.

Geoscience and Engineering graduates join the Early Career program that provides a flexible development framework to enhance and accelerate your career with us.

During the programme you spend the first one or two years on development assignments and have the opportunity to be involved in challenging projects.
