Talent Management Teams


At ConocoPhillips, we have more than 20 different functional-based Talent Management Teams (TMTs) that help identify the company’s future business needs, assess current skills gaps and recommend actions to fill those gaps. These teams optimise the development of people with technical or highly specialised skills so that they can be shared globally or regionally by the company in order to successfully implement its strategy.

NEW HIRE TRAINING


All new hires will be invited to participate in a specifically designed curriculum to help you learn about the industry, our company and professional development topics that have shown to be beneficial to employees who’ve just come onboard. A key component of this curriculum that you can attend is a two-day 'Getting to Know ConocoPhillips' orientation within approximately six months of joining us.
