The Conoco Capsule may be used alone or with the "Hottest Brand Going" selling statement. When used in one of these ways, the Conoco Capsule Signature forms the foundation that enables the public to have a clear understanding of whom offers a product or service. Thus, the Conoco Capsule functions as an instant recognition device and creates a strong, consistent and dynamic brand for the company.

Product Signature
The Product signature represents company products. It always includes the name of the product, preceded by the Conoco logotype.

Selling Statement Signature
The Selling Statement is the only signature that is configured differently from other signatures (see Signature Construction section for more information). It should be used for Marketing advertising only.
