Conoco Capsule Signature With Standard "X" Measurement
The Conoco Capsule Signature is oriented within relative boundaries with an accurate measurement that remains constant when the Signature is used at any size. This is called the "X" measurement and is referred to throughout this Web site.

Vertical Signature
The descriptor aligns with the stroke of the letter "N" in the Capsule, and its baseline is positioned 2"X" below the Capsule. The descriptor capital letters are always 1"X" or .8"X" in height (see the Conoco Capsule Signatures section).

Horizontal Signature
The logotype/descriptor aligns with the baseline of the Capsule typography and is positioned 1"X" to the right of the Capsule. This version of the signature should be used only when space constraints dictate it.
