Question: Carlotta describes what she enjoys about working at ConocoPhillips.

Transcript: I've really enjoyed the people that I work with here at ConocoPhillips.  They all have great technical strengths.  They're interested in the work that they do and they're interested in working as part of a team.  The things I do really affect whether someone else can do their job and likewise the people I work with know that what they do impacts whether or not I can do my job.  They're really interested in being part of that team.  So, it's something that make coming to work everyday worth doing.
