Prospective Search Firms

Thank you for your interest in becoming an approved search firm with ConocoPhillips.  Only approved firms may be engaged as a resource for open requisitions.  ConocoPhillips will not pay any placement fee to firms that have not been approved and we do not accept unsolicited resumes or submittals.

Search firms interested in working with ConocoPhillips may send an e-mail to: searchfirms@conocophillips.com  with the company information including any areas of specialty recruiting.  Information will be reviewed dependent upon staffing needs. 

ConocoPhillips Approved Search Firms

ConocoPhillips approved firms, with master service agreements and contracts in place, are utilized by the internal recruiting team.  An approved firm will be directly contacted by a ConocoPhillips recruiter to work on an open requisition.  ConocoPhillips will not pay a placement fee to an approved vendor who has not been  engaged on a specific search nor will we accept unsolicited resumes or submittals.
