ConocoPhillips Specialty Products Inc. (CSPI) supplies flow improver products to customers on six continents. LiquidPower™ Flow Improvers maximize the flow potential of pipelines while increasing operational flexibility, capacity and economic performance. Millions of barrels of crude oil, refined products and select water applications are treated with LiquidPower™ Flow Improvers. 

Chemicals

 

ConocoPhillips participates in the chemical sector through its 50 percent ownership in Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC (CPChem), a joint venture with Chevron Corporation. CPChem has two facilities in Belgium. The Tessenderlo Chemicals Facility, located in Tessenderlo, serves the specialty products sector and produces organosulfur chemicals used in the odorization of propane and natural gas, agricultural chemicals and as modifiers in rubber and plastic production. The Kallo Compounding Facility in Kallo-Beveren also serves the specialty products sector by producing Ryton^® PPS compounds, a high-performance engineering polymer used in computer components, automobile parts and electrical appliances.
